JUNIOR PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
PROGRAM BREAKDOWN
The program’s goal is to provide a high standard and quality training environment to its participants. The training component of the group focuses on:
- 4-6 week blocks of the most common tactical situations at a National level, or higher.
- Improvement in all areas of the game through a combination of training, skill development and point play scenarios, while being tactically specified to the game styles of each player in the group.
- 3 player per court ratio.
PLAYER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
✓ Must be over the age of 13
✓ UTR rating of 8, or higher
✓ Proven track record of respect in training and competition
✓ Qualified for Provincials once in the last 2 years
Please note, we will be accepting a maximum of 12 players into the program. This is an intimate program to help maximize athlete development. Priority will be given to the players who best meet or excel past the criteria listed above.
Our Fall and Spring sessions are now on hold due to the ongoing pandemic. Please check back for more updates when the City reopens!
2020 WINTER SESSION
January 6 – April 30 2020
Monday, 14 dates in total, 4:00pm – 6:00pm: $700 per player, plus HST
Tuesday, 16 dates in total, 4:00pm – 6:00pm: $800 per player, plus HST
Wednesday, 16 dates in total, 4:00pm – 6:00pm: $800 per player, plus HST
Thursday, 16 dates in total, 4:00pm – 6:00pm: $800 per player, plus HST
Total for four days: $3,100 per player, plus HST
Note: No program on Monday, February 17 due to Family Day, between March 16 – 20 due to March Break and Monday, April 13 due to Easter Monday.
2020 SPRING SESSION
May 4th – June 25th 2020
Monday, 7 dates in total, 4:00pm – 6:00pm: $350 per player, plus HST
Tuesday, 8 dates in total, 4:00pm – 6:00pm: $400 per player, plus HST
Wednesday, 8 dates in total, 4:00pm – 6:00pm: $400 per player, plus HST
Thursday, 8 dates in total, 4:00pm – 6:00pm: $400 per player, plus HST
Total for four days: $1,550 per player, plus HST
Note: No program on Monday, May 18 due to Victoria Day.
NOTE: Juniors DO NOT need to be members to participate in junior programs.
They DO have to be members in order to take private, private group lessons or to reserve courts.
